Where Are They Now: Ex-'Days of our Lives' Star Victor Webster

Friday April 18, 2014

Victor Webster

Ex-Days of our Lives star Victor Webster, who played Nicholas Alamain for 18 months back in 1999-2000, has worked continually since his days on the soap -- and he tells me that a lot of his daytime fans have followed his career, saying, "They are some of the most loyal fans out there and I appreciate them."

These days, Victor is into a whole new genre, science fiction, as the male lead in the Syfy series "Continuum," playing Detective Carlos Fonnegra opposite Rachel Nichols, who has come back from the future to try to change it just enough to make it a better place, but not too much so that her future life is no longer there.

But, I don't want to spoil the interview, so check out what Victor has to say, and tell me in the comments below if you are as much a fan of this hottie as I am!  Then tune into "Continuum" tonight on Syfy.

When Lifetime's primetime soap Devious Maids returns for its second season, we will be saying goodbye to several characters, but our five central ladies  -- Marisol (Ana Ortiz), Rosie (Dania Ramirez), Carmen (Roselyn Sanchez), Valentina (Edy Ganem) and Zoila (Judy Reyes) -- will all be back, but not necessarily as we knew them in Season 1.

"I had to say good‑bye to some people I just loved," says Executive Producer Marc Cherry. "But, you know, to keep the show fresh and to make sure I'm providing these terrific gals with obstacles and new story lines that's the kind of thing you have to do.  So, you'll see some new faces, and we'll say good‑bye to some other faces."

Want to know what else we can look forward to in Season 2? Check out my chat with Roselyn and Dania here to get the scoop!
