After Jack told Sharon that he had become a better person because of her, she informed him that after the holidays she and Noah would be moving out. Summer's first birthday was celebrated at Nicholas and Phyllis' home, while the guests caught up on the events of the moment. Michael agreed to represent Jana after Kevin complained about the public defender assigned to her case. J.T. was named "father" of Victoria's baby, leaving Brad out of the picture once and for all. J.T. named his son, Reed, someone who will bend with the times but remain strong, also, the maiden name of Nikki. Victor decided that now was the time to call in his loan to Nikki, infuriating her so much, that she decided to sue him and in doing so, enlisted the aid of Jack and Katherine to join her. Sharon informed Jack that she was moving out to give her time to think about their situation and that she was not planning to divorce him. Gloria insisted that Jeffrey convince her family of his sincerity before agreeing to marrying him, even though he held the fact that he knew she was responsible for the Jabot cosmetics tampering. Heather, after first refusing then accepting an invitation from Paul, joined he and Maggie for Christmas eve festivities.
