Nikki and Victor learned that with Victoria's condition worsening, it might be that the baby would not survive. Paul and Heather shared some emotional moments as she had a hard time believing the news that Paul had told her. Abby, visiting Brad visited with her sister Victoria. Lauren paid a visit to Heather, telling her that Paul was a good man, and did not abandon her during her childhood. Gloria found a note written to his brother, stating that he did not want Jeffrey to let Gloria get away with what she did. Gloria's appeal day was finally here, and barring any of the evidence that could have kept her in jail, she was finally released. Nikki and Victor were asked to decide what their decision was about Victoria. Would it be her life to save or the baby's? Sharon and her family and Karen were invited to Thanksgiving dinner at the Winters home, but Karen reneged on the invitation with a phony excuse after hearing a negative remark from Lily.
