The Young and the Restless Weekly Recap: Week ending October 12, 2007

After speaking with the waitress at the club, Brad has suddenly started to spread the word about Nicholas and Sharon's kiss bringing to everyone's attention that things were still happening in the Senator's household. Other residents of Genoa City starting their work day were talking about the cause of Ji Min's death. Victoria and J.T. become engaged. Victor and Nikki decide to divorce. Phyllis and Jack still find it hard to get over the kiss that Sharon and Nicholas shared with each other while being married to other people. Adrian was offered his teaching position back at the university. Phyllis wished Nicholas a happy birthday from jail. Jack learned from Colleen that Brad was once again paying for her college tuition and books. Adrian tried to keep several things from his past, regarding Karen's roommate who had died, secretive, making her even more curious as to why he would want to hide anything. Heather took one of Adrian's classes which upset him. Jeffrey told Gloria that he and William did not get along. Phyllis' appeal was denied but Michael gathered Victor, Nikki, Jack and Nicholas together to pull their resources to get Phyllis out of jail and into a work release program.
