The Young and the Restless Recap - Week of November 17 - 21, 2008

Such a huge week for Genoa Citians as the Paris shoot wrapped up and the town came together to mourn the loss of "Katherine". If you missed anything, get your weekly recap on all things The Young and the Restless right here.

  • Victor and Ashley returned to Genoa City and surprised the entire town by sitting together at Katherine's funeral.
  • After, Heather and the police arrived at the ranch to arrest Victor. He promised to clear his name and destroy Adam.
  • On the morning of the reading of Katherine's will, Jack laid into Ashley and begged her not to take up with Victor again. After, everyone's favorite ghost, John, paid a visit to several family members; some were praised, others were berated for their current shenanigans.
  • Katherine's will was read and contained many surprises, such as a portion of the Chancellor estate being left to Esther, the rights to Katherine's memoirs being left to Amber, heirloom family jewelry being left to Nikki and a portion of Kay's Jabot stock being left to Gloria! A stunned Jill retaliated by lashing out at those Kay loved, burning bridges along the way.
  • Elsewhere, a confused and amnesia-stricken Katherine was cared for my Marge's pal, Murray, and began to lead Marge's life.
  • Phyllis overheard Brad admit that he still loved Sharon.

Big stuff this week. Unfortunately, we have a short week next week due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Hopefully some of these new developments will begin to play out early next week for us!
