Miss Tuesday, November 4, 2008's episode of The Young and the Restless because you were out voting? No problem, I've got you covered. Here's what went down on Election Day:
- Katherine pins down Jill, Billy and Cane about their plans for her. Jill tells her mother that if she does not go see her doc, she will be voted out of Chancellor Industries.
- At Crimson Lights, Lily and Ana are catching up when Chloe enters and, no surprise, butts in. Cane and Billy arrive just in time to hear that Lily has a new boyfriend. Cane and Billy both vie for Lily's attention as an annoyed Chloe looks on.
- Not to be outdone, Chloe then tries to jockey for Billy's attention and ends up irking Lily over losing Cane. Later, Cane admits to Lily (once again) that he loves her.
- Meanwhile, Michael, Phyllis, Nick and Victoria discuss who could have falsely created Victor's "journal". Both Jack's and Adam's names are bandied about. Later, Phyllis and Victoria run into Adam at the coffeehouse and sense his extra happiness. He tells them he just got engaged to Heather, but they think he's giddy due to his involvement in the journal forgery.
- Phyllis calls Sophisticate magazine to determine whether Adam was involved, and their suspicions are confirmed. When Victoria confronts him, Adam lies that he found the journal at the ranch, but Victoria doesn't believe him. She threatens to bury him with his lies.
- Michael, Lauren and Gloria send Eden off to Paris. Michael then informs Gloria that their "secret weapon" in clearing River - his best friend, Marshall - is dead. He worries for River's case. Later, after reviewing the tapes of River's investigation, Michael recognizes the voice of a woman testifying against River to be Gloria's. He confronts her and she tells him that everything he thinks he knows is wrong.
- In Paris, Ashley goes to the church where Victor was thought to be staying and asks Father Dominique where he is. The Father says that Victor left without a trace - except for leaving his prayer card behind. Ashley decides to begin a search.
