- Billy shows up at Jabot and tells Mama Jill he's back for good. He asks her for a job, if Cane will approve. Jill says that despite the title on Cane's door, she still calls the shots at Jabot.
- Later, Cane comes in to tell Jill he's considering Colleen for the Fresh Faces campaign, and Jill introduces him to his bro, Billy. Cane is thrilled to meet him, but Billy shows less enthusiasm.
- Once Billy exits, Jill tells Cane NOT to hire Colleen, but he offers C the gig, anyway. She accepts, despite Lily finally admitting to Colleen that she would not be okay with her best friend taking her old job. Lily even threatens that it might affect their friendship, but clearly, Colleen doesn't care.
- At Restless Style, Amber attacks Phyllis for not attending Daniel's NYC opening. Miffed, Phyl tells Amber that they don't really need a Restless Amber. Daniel referees the duo, once again.
- Moments later, Nikki blames Phyl for convincing Nick to agree to have Victor committed. She believes now Nick is blaming himself for Victor taking off again. She tells Phyllis that maybe Nick blames her, too. Phyl scoffs at the idea.
- Nikki also challenges Phyllis's cover look choice for model Ruby Aldridge, but Nick agrees with Phyl. Nikki says "okay".
- Later, Phyllis tries to cheer up a mopey Nick, but he stays mum. She asks if Nick holds her accountable for Victor's disappearance and he says "no". Things turn flirty and the two stage a pretend fashion shoot in the RS studio with Phyllis as the model. The two go from flirty to downright steamy.
- Across town, Billy tells Amber that he'll be setting up roots in Genoa City and asks if he can crash with her for a while. She agrees. The two christen their new love nest and afterwards, Billy presses Amber for info on Cole, particularly why he and Lily split up. Amber tells him that it's because he got another girl pregnant. Billy's face lights up.
- At the Winters household, Lily shows up for some father/daughter bonding time with Neil, and is surprised to see that Karen has moved in again.
- At the close of the show, Nikki leaves Victor a voicemail, pleading with him to consider how much his behavior is affecting his children. Victor listens to the message, expressionless.
