Young and the Restless Recap: December 05, 2007

Nikki was on the phone with David as she told him that there was no change in Victoria's condition, but she was stable. Before she had the opportunity to tell him about the plans for Victoria, she had to hang up. Phyllis and Nicholas then appeared to find out that there had been a decision to move Victoria back to the ranch. She also told them that she was moving back to the ranch also, and Nicholas became concerned that there might be a problem. However, Nikki assured him that it was all being done to focus on Victoria and nothing else.

Jack learned that the ethics committee was calling him back to question him further. Becoming annoyed he commented that he might just refuse, but Ben assured him that he would be subpoenaed if he did not appear.

Nikki was treated to a relaxing massage and breakfast from David, and while thanking him for all the things that he was doing for her, she told him that she was moving back to the ranch. He became concerned as to her reasons, and what that meant to their relationship, but she answered that for the time being her focus was entirely on Victoria and nothing more.

Jack once again answered the questions put before him by the committee. He told them that he did not in anyway try to keep the district attorney from indicting him for fraud. Phyllis arrived to show Jack support, and then he asked for forgiveness from the committee.

Meanwhile, Gloria was receiving from Todd, the son of John's prison mate, a letter handwritten to her by John before his death.
