Young and the Restless Recap: December 03, 2007

Kevin was on the way to see Jana, while Michael and Lauren remained bewildered as to why he would want to spend his life with a killer. Jana told Kevin that the report on her health was good, as it proved that there was no more growth in her tumor and probably never would be. She was still saying "no" to his marriage proposal though, as she believed that even if things turned out, she would be sent off to jail. Later, Kevin told Lauren and Michael what Jana had to say, but thinking only of his feelings for her, Kevin revealed that somehow he would free Jana, even if he had to do it himself. At the hospital, J.T. and Brad were still both keeping watch over Victoria who still lay in a coma. At the nursery, both Nikki and Victor looked at their new little grandson. Brad spoke with Nikki and told her that he would wait until the little one grew stronger, before having a blood test done to see who the actual father was.

Jack's enemies turned up to speak against him at his hearing. On the stand, Jack told everyone that he believed that he treated everyone fairly as he provided for all the families that worked for the previous owners. After hearing his testimony, the court took a break whereupon Jill asked the courts permission to have her and Gloria speak before the committee. When court was brought back into session, the subject of Clear Springs was brought up. Jack had to admit that he did own Clear Springs property, that he kept private, but he broke no law in doing so. Then information was talked about regarding the death of Ji Min, to which Jack commented that he had not been charged.

Maggie listened to the tape that had been given her and found it to be the real thing. She informed Paul that her next move would be, was to get a search warrant.
