Young and the Restless Recap: September 04, 2007

Phyllis wouldn't budge when it came to what she thought was right for Summer. She refused to leave her daughter even though it caused the police to come and arrest her at the hospital to cart her off to jail. All she knew was that her baby daughter was ill and she didn't want to be separated from her. At the hospital, Logan came out to see the baby and diagnosed that she had an infection.

Carson and Amber became chummy as they talked about the money that was still missing. Thinking that Ji Min might have been the one who took the money, Amber wanted to find a way into his room to check. Carson was somehow to distract Ji Min so that Amber could get into his room but as luck would have it, Cane was also on his way to see Ji Min. When he arrived however, Jill answered the door and had a conversation with her about asking Ji Min not to do his interview.

Katherine and Jack got into a heated argument about who really owned Jabot when she purchased it from Ji Min. Each of them was plotting their strategy when after their arguing Sharon showed up and Jack told her what had happened.

Jack already had his answer though and was prepared to tell Ji Min about a plan to purchase some land that would evict Ji Min's parents, knowing that it would hopefully keep Ji Min from talking.

Nikki and David talked over dinner as they also plotted how to make all the news about to be exposed, in their favor. Then things started to turn more personal but Nikki put David off while teasing him. Later, when the two ran into each other later, David had some good news for Nikki. Ji Min had decided not to do his interview.

Meanwhile, Amber and Carson had to put off their snooping until they decided to get into his room while he was doing his interview. Amber was waiting excitedly outside of Ji Min's door for Carson, who had not yet shown up. Anxious to get on with it, she entered the room by using his room card. Jill was headed toward the room to see why Ji Min had not shown up for the interview as of yet. When she walked in, she saw a stunned Amber standing over the dead body of Ji Min.
