Sharon goes to Nicholas? office and tells him that she is through with all these feelings of anxiety and hurt. She has decided that whether or not he is found to be the father of Phyllis? baby, that she will stand and support him, and whatever it is he will have to do. Daniel brings in a delivery for Nicholas and leaves immediately as Sharon asks if that is the results of the test. He looks down at it, lies to her and says ?no? and puts it in his pocket claiming that it is business. Sharon receives a call and has to leave for a meeting. Nicholas takes the envelope out of his pocket and looks at it.

Jack and Carmen end up at her rather plain apartment, minus all the frills, which Jack notices lacks any personality. She tells him that she isn't the homey kind of girl and lets the subject drop. Somehow, the two of them get really cozy and end up making love.

Neil, who is a little jealous, of having seen Carmen leave for lunch with Jack, calls her cell phone and leaves a message for her that he will attend the concert with her, if the offer is still available to accept.

Nikki arrives home and rushes over to Victor. He looks up but when she mentions his worrisome call to her, he doesn't remember making it, but asks if she would like to stay home for lunch, with him. She is confused and tells him that of course she will.

Daniel arrives as Lily and Colleen are finishing up their conversation. It is surprising because Colleen barely has two words to say to Daniel l, to which Daniel comments on. Colleen says that she was just thinking of something else. Colleen leaves and Daniel okay ?moving in? to the loft, for a few days while JT is in Indiana.

Colleen is at home and JT comes in. She is very quiet having received another note. She tells him that Daniel and Lily will stay with her, so that he doesn't have to worry, but when he holds her, it is apparent that she is concerned and frightened. She tells JT that she is home to spend the afternoon with him before he has to leave on his trip.

Victor tells Nikki that even though he doesn't remember anything, he thinks it is because he is having a breakthrough, so he is not unhappy about it and is not worried. He just wants to see the whole thing through. Nikki's look on her face, says anything but the fact that she isn't worried.

Nicholas closes the door to his office and opens the envelope looking at the results.

The last scene shows, Jack in bed, Phyllis, Sharon and Nicholas finishing out the day.
