Guiding Light Recap: December 27, 2004

Danny and Marina discuss their plan to find Michelle and Tony.  Danny says that no one seems to know anything about where the two went after they left the hotel.

Lizzie and Coop continue their little flirting game.

Beth tells Alan that she dreams of Phillip every night.  Alan says that it must be comforting to see his face. Beth says that they are nightmares. Beth goes outside for fresh air and Alan follows her.  They see Lizzie and Coop together and Alan tells them to "not even think about it." Beth says that it's OK, and maybe Lizzie can undo some of what Philip has done.

Frank watches Gus and Harley through the window of Company.  O'Neal calls him and asks him about the killer. Frank says that he's going to bring the person in for questioning.

Tony arrives at the hotel where Danny and Marina are staying. He tells the concierge that he needs a pilot and everything is booked.  The concierge tells Danny that a man claiming to be a pilot has checked in.  The man calls Danny, but Danny refuses to help. Tony tells the concierge to take him to the room.

Sebastian calls one of his men and tells him that Danny Santos has arrived on the island and may be looking for him. Sebastian says that he doesn't want Danny to find them. 

Michelle tells Holly that Sebastian is crazy, and Holly defends Sebastian. "That's right---I forgot that you're on his side."

Tony arrives at Danny's door and is relieved to see him.  Tony, on the other hand just punches Tony.  The two argue and Danny then sets off to rescue Michelle. Danny asks Marina to cover for him and tell Tony that he went to Africa to look for Ed.

Beth calls Rick and leaves a distraught message.  Later, she calls back and deletes the message.

Frank tells Harley that he knows she was Ruth Karloff.  Harley asks him how he knew that. He says that the scar on her arm showed in the video that Ruth made.  Frank asks Harley why. She tells Frank the whole story about how Ruth came to be. Frank asks Harley if she killed Philip.  Gus tries to get her to stop, but Harley says that she has to tell Frank everything.  Harley tells Frank that she doesn't know if she shot Philip or not because she just doesn't remember.

Michelle tells Sebastian to let her give him a shot. Sebastian is reluctant to do so. "You might try to shoot me up with drain cleaner or something." Sebastian lets Michelle give him a shot, and she asks him what he has to live for. Sebastian asks Michelle if she has anyone to live for. Michelle says that she has a son to live for. Sebastian starts hinting around about Danny.

Lizzie, Alan, and Beth argue about Lizzie's involvement with the Coopers. Beth lashes out at Alan and says that she is glad that the monster Philip was is not coming back.  Alan is shocked to hear that. Beth leaves, and Lizzie tells her grand-dad that "Coop has the hots for me---and I can use that to my advantage." Alan gets the message and tells Lizzie that if she needs any help to let him know.
