From MMWAP, for About.com

This is the day of Philip's funeral.  Ross is at the cemetery when Rick shows up. He tells Ross that he came early to have one last beer with his best friend, and he offers Ross to stay and join him.

Gus shows up at Company. Harley asks him why he's there because his family would thinks that he's being disloyal. Frank and Buzz are ready to go to Philip's funeral. Harley tells the group that she's not going to Philip's funeral because "I don't need a funeral to know that Philip is dead."

Gus and Harley are sitting on a bench outside of Company, and he tells Harley that he's glad that she's not going to the funeral. Harley asks Gus if he's worried that she'll make some sort of graveside confession that she was the one who shot Philip.  Buzz and Frank come out of the restaurant, and Harley asks them why they are going.  Buzz says that he wants to pay respect to Philip because he did love his family.

Everyone leaves, and Harley goes back inside the restaurant, and she thinks about her last encounter with Philip.

The Spauldings prepare to go to the cemetery.  Alan tells Beth that he is pleased with the ceremony that Beth has planned for Philip and he tells her that he keeps thinking that if he (Alan) would have left well enough alone, then Philip and Beth would still be together.  Beth says that she called Alan Michael and he said that he was not coming to Philip's funeral. Alan says that he feels the reason that Alan Michael does not want to watch "his father mourn his favorite son." Alan assures Beth that we all reap what we sow.

Alan tells Lizzie that she is being strong through this whole ordeal. Beth tells Lizzie that it is OK to cry.  Lizzie says that she would rather just get even. Alexandra arrives, and tells the group that Alan got her a day pass for Philip's funeral. She tells Lizzie that they will hold their heads high through this whole thing.

Bill and Olivia are at Farley's Bar having a drink.  Bill is concerned about how much Olivia is drinking. Olivia assures Bill that she can hold her liquor.  Billy comes in and says that he feels they should go to the cemetery together to present a united front.  Bill is surprised to see Mindy appear from behind Billy.  She tells Olivia that she would welcome her to the family, but Billy has already filled her in on what's been going on. Olivia begins to bash Philip, but Mindy cuts in and says that today she is choosing to remember the good Philip and she asks others to keep their derogatory thoughts to themselves.

The Spauldings arrive at the cemetery. Olivia says that she considers this to be more of a celebration than mourning.

Zach brings a book to his mother and asks her to read him a story. Harley tells Zach stories about Philip. Zach tells Harley that he misses his daddy and he asks her "Why did someone make daddy go away?"

Philip's funeral begins, and everyone gets a chance to speak about Philip. Ross, Rick, and Beth speak about Philip and remember the good things. Lizzie tells of the days when she was little and had leukemia.  Alan speaks and he tells the group that he and Beth chose to honor Philip as he was before he turned into the monster of these last several months, but he says that he has to break with the promise and he tells the group that Philip was the one who ended up hurt in the end and he blames everyone in the group for being responsible for Philip's death.
