Guiding Light Recap: February 14, 2005

Harley's trial starts today. Gus asks her to marry him before the trial starts, but Harley refuses to do that. The only Spaulding that shows up at the courthouse is Alexandra.

Coop checks with Buzz about the piece of glass that they sent to be analyzed, but nothing has come back yet. Coop calls the lab and tells them that he needs answers now.

Dinah tells Edmund about Jonathon and Cassie on the night before the wedding. Edmund doesn't believe Dinah. She tells Edmund that there was a video tape. Edmund tells Dinah that he saw Cassie and Jonathon watching a video tape and that Cassie destroyed the tape. Edmund tells Dinah to leave.

Jonathon, Reva, and Cassie work together to create a diversion to the press for Harley. Jonathon says to Cassie "We work pretty good as a team." Cassie doesn't acknowledge him. Reva says that Jonathon was right and she asks Cassie if there was anyway she could forgive Jonathon. Reva argues with Cassie about how Jonathon has been hurt and "set up" by everyone in the Lewis family. Reva brings up Edmund and she insinuates to Cassie that Edmund is still the same old Edmund that he was a long time ago.

Lizzie is distraught and she makes a phone call.. "I need you to come over here." A man shows up at the house, and Lizzie tells him "The gun went off...it was just laying there...I didn't want him to die....."

Reva stops by Company and there is no one there. She leaves and a police officer stops her and asks him to go with him. Reva asks if it's about the other night. The officer says that "It's about your husband."

Edmund finds Jonathon and punches him--bloodying his nose. "I am glad I found you at home."
