Guiding Light Recap: February 03, 2005

Cassie and Edmund work on the "little Winslow" project. Flowers arrive, and Cassie says that "we don't want them!" Edmund takes the flowers. Cassie thinks that they are from Jonathon. They open the card and they are from Tammy.

Dinah is at the hospital. She's trying to rip off fertility drugs, but the doctor catches her and asks her what she's doing there. Dinah says "Cory, you know why I am here....." He says "To see me?" Dinah says that she only came to see him. Cory says that he realizes that Dinah's friend is actually herself. He says that many single women want to have children. Dinah spies the key ring on the doctor's belt and she starts to come onto him. Dinah kisses him and she starts to take off his shirt. Cory says "are you always this adventurous?" Dinah says "no, you just make me crazy!" The doctor gets a page overhead and he says that he has to go. Cory leaves because one of his patients needs him. He tells Dinah that he will call her. He leaves and Dinah says (frustrated) "God...I have to do this again?"

Olivia goes to see Alan at Spaulding. He tells her that she has three minutes to speak her piece. Olivia tells Alan that she feels for him..."doing your job and Gus's." Alan says "did you come here to gloat about my son walking out on me?" Olivia says that she came to help him. Olivia says that Gus wasn't fit to run Spaulding. Alan says that he had it all "Philip. Gus working for me here at Spaulding...now they're gone." Olivia says that he needs someone to replace Gus. Alan excuses himself to go look for the replacement. Olivia says "She's standing right in front of you."

Bill meets Josh at Company. Josh tells Bill that he wants him to come back to Lewis Construction. Bill says that "you don't need me. I have my own company to run." Bill asks Josh if he's worried about Jonathon..."is that the reason you want me to come back?" Josh says that he is worried about what it's going to cost him. Josh says "she has a blind spot where her baby boy is concerned...and I need people around me that I can trust." Bill says that he's going to be around and he couldn't do that to Olivia.

Jonathon takes Reva outside. He makes her keep her eyes closed. He says "Reva, your mini-van days are over." He tells her to open her eyes and Reva is surprised to see a shiny new red sports car that Jonathon bought for her. Reva says "Did you steal it?" Jonathon says "Reva, I am wounded....how could you think something like that?" Reva says that after what happened last night she wasn't so sure. Reva says that he was to use the money for other things like school. Jonathon says "do I look like the scholastic type to you?"

Jonathon and Reva go cruising in the new car. When they get back, Josh is surprised to see that Reva's got a new car. Josh says "let's go for a ride." Reva and Josh go off for a drive, and Jonathon goes in the house muttering under his breath. His phone rings and it's Dinah. "Hello sexy. Meet me for a drink and you're buying."

Olivia tells Alan that if he lets her run Spaulding, then she will give him more access to Emma. Alan mulls it over with Olivia about her running Spaulding and then he tells her that it's a deal. "You will work directly under me and if I regret it...so will you." Alan tells Olivia that he doesn't want any Lewis involved in anything Spaulding.
