- Beth admitted to her affair after Buzz caught her all decked out in lingerie. Buzz told Beth that if her boy toy meant anything to her, she'd better do her best to make sure Alan never finds out about her indiscretions.
- Lizzie secured a motion to be sure Bill's jacket couldn't be used in court. Later, Alan went behind Lizzie's back to get the jacket released to the courts.
- Bill was then charged with kidnapping, fraud and assault, which could land him up to 20 years in jail.
