BIGGEST BLAH-- Eve's lawyer. I don't even remember his name and it's irrelevant. Let's remember this-- the guy is unbeaten, has gotten everyone off.. yet when he reads Eve's case, all of a sudden "he can't win." Good Lord.. just ONCE-- could JER please write that a lawyer actually *is* good. Someone other than Ethan-- who we have only seen try one case, and let's remember that he LOST it.. (I am speaking of Ivy vs. Theresa vs. Rebecca).. every single other attorney has been a LOSER. Why can't he have an attorney who saves the day??! Drives me up a wall. I get them trying her for Alistair's attempted murder-- there's the whole "same poison" angle-- but Julian's attempted murder??! Gimme a friggin' break. It doesn't make any sense. Eve was mad at Julian, therefore she's guilty? That's bullcrizzap. So did everyone else. And has the show rewritten history ONCE AGAIN?! Let's all go back to the cannery-- JULIAN SAW WHO SHOT HIM. He was shot in the chest, hanging off that little bridge.. so he would KNOW who shot him.. seeing as they have never addressed that Julian had amnesia after the shooting. UNLESS-- Eve really did shoot Julian, which means that they would be able to prove without a doubt that she was NOT linked to Alistair and Eve's AM's (seeing as the DA is going on the hunch that one person did all three crimes).. and Julian could "choose not to press charges" against Eve and it will all go away. Hey-- did I just figure out how Eve gets sprung from the slammer?? (pats self on the back)

GRAVES-- KaMart and SHUIS. Until these four actually have a *real* confrontation that doesn't include assaults or yelling.. I am not commenting on their situation. JER has missed the boat once again.

RAVES-- Passions playing Patsy Cline's "Crazy" at Beth's house. Absolutely.freakin'.perfect!!

GRAVES-- Ethan. Nuff said. Boring, boring, BUH-oring.

RAVES-- Rebecca. I know-- I'm just as shocked as you guys are-- but Rebecca realizing that what's happening to Gwen might just be, dare-we-say-it, KARMA? This is total shades of the statue talking to Gwen and warning her to be "careful that the life you destroy is not your own." You reap what you sow, Hotchwitches!!

Best part of the week-- Gwen choking Sheridan. Gwen's off her rocker. And for the record, even tho Gwen is crazy-- who is shocked that she is trying to kill someone else?? I'm not-- Gwen's been a homicidal maniac for years.

Worst part of the week-- Passions Inconsistency. Okay, I'm getting confused with all of Gwen's delusions. When she was by herself-- the twins were like, 5 and Sarah was 8. And that made sense-- because her delusions were projecting into the future. But then when she was talking to Sheridan, she said that her baby girl was in the hospital, but that the baby boy was home with Sarah. I don't get it. I know Gwen is supposed to be crazy-- but C'MON writers.. can we try for a modicum of consistency??! And did anyone but me notice that the "background decoration" for the big fancy brunch at the Palace with Gwen and Sarah was the same "background decoration" as the house that Gwen, Ethan, Sarah, Nathan and Ashley were in while they were watching Shrek?? I'm just sayin'.

Okay, once again I am skipping the RANT OF THE WEEK. I am preparing a special RANT for next week. In the spirit of the madness that goes on in various chatrooms and message boards on the Net.. I am going to pit Gwen and Theresa against each other ONCE and FOR ALL in crimes and misdemeanors. And the reason I am taking a week is so that I can get all the background-- since we know that these two have quite the sordid history!! And we'll see who ends up on "top" once we're done.
