Bold and the Beautiful Recap: November 04, 2005

Brooke is looking at a picture of Nick. She realizes that neither of them could betray Bridget. The phone rings and it is Eric requesting that she get to the office as soon as possible. He has been there all night because of an emergency.

Stephanie holds the documents in her hands. She is realizing that it is all hers and hers alone.

Jonathan and Eric's lawyers are looking through Eric's copies. They tell him that everything is in order and agree that it is indeed legal.

In Spectra's office, Sally and Thorne and Darla are talking. Sally talks about having lost everything and Thorne talks about being wrong because he gambled away his family's future. Thorne tells Darla, that maybe he was never supposed to be a success. Darla tells her husband that she will be right there with him, and he didn't fail, because look what he did for Spectra. She tells him that if it doesn't work out at Spectra, then his best days are yet to be.

Massimo arrives at Stephanie's. Taylor arrives also. Stephanie shows Taylor the papers that say she is the sole beneficiary and rightful owner of Forrester Creations. Eric kept those papers from her. She tells Taylor how deeply hurt she is over what Eric did to her. She tells Taylor that the trust fund for the children will be changed, but they will be taken care of. She tells Taylor that she believes this was meant to be her new beginning. She and Taylor have always stood for family and ethics. She will be making major changes and she is going to bring the company back to what it was in the beginning. Massimo comes in and tells them that Rick has arrived at Forrester's. Everyone leaves for Forrester's. Rick tells Eric that he expected something like this to happen after Mom and him remarried.

Stephanie walks in with Massimo and Taylor. Eric tells her that she cannot come in and start shoving people around. The family isn't going to take it. Stephanie looks to them all and tells them that Eric kept this document from her all through their marriage. Eric tells her that the family will stand together. Stephanie comments that she wants Rick to remain with the International part, and Ridge to remain as head designer. She says that "Eric was fired yesterday, and Brooke today." Brooke, once again stands up to Stephanie, telling her that she will not allow her to take the company away from her children.

Brooke arrives at Eric's office. Eric tells her about the document. She asks him if he knew about it. Eric tells her that Stephanie has complete power and will come after them harder than ever before. Brooke comments that the stocks that Eric and Brooke gave to their children will revert back to Stephanie. Ridge walks in commenting that Stephanie won't take it away from her grandchildren.
