Bold and the Beautiful Recap: October 06, 2004

Ridge tells Brooke that Massimo may never gain his speech or his motor skills back. 

Ridge and his Father talk.  Eric tells him that they must treat Stephanie with respect or he will put a stop to all of this, right now.    Ridge and Brooke listen to what he is saying.  Eric calls Ridge disrespectful and comes down hard on Ridge.  Eric and Ridge prepare for the big announcement.  Ridge says that they have someone to introduce to them.  He brings Brooke out.   Brooke says that she is back and will be working with Forresters to find a way to make it even better than it was.  She has the dream team by her side and they are out to shine.

Stephanie has told them over and over that they are compromising their position.  Today, Thorne made them realize what today could bring to everyone.  He knows that he can't do it, he can't destroy Forresters.  He does have to fight in the way he believes.

Stephanie tells him that Brooke isn't going to pull the family together. She needs Eric to protect her from Brooke.  The company was her solace.  It was her own little corner of the world where Brooke couldn't get to her.  Now they are handing it all to her again.

Thorne tells everyone that they will not be doing anything illegal again.  They are going to beat Forrester's at their own game, but they are going to do it the right way.  They are going to take the high road and win.  What they don't have in resources, they have in talent.  They worked under Eric before and they are all very talented, and besides he is about to bring in two ringers.  He opens the door to announce Amber and Felicia.  They come in but they don't really know why they are there.  Thorne tells everyone his plan.  He offers a job to both Amber and Felicia.  Thorne is going to make Spectra a fashion house that's successful, using the talents of Clarke, Amber, Felicia, if she will join the ranks and himself.  Spectra is going to be a real family business.  The way that Eric wanted Forrester's to be.  Only now, it will be Spectra that will be the family business, and everyone will flourish.  Again Thorne says, that they all worked under Eric's guidance and they have his drive and his creativity.  He asks Felicia if she is going to be a part of it also?

Stephanie tells Thorne not to give up.  Thorne says, there will be no more stealing designs or anything else.  He doesn't have the money and he will just have to use better resources.
