As Nick told Storm what he thought had transpired causing Shane's death, Storm suggested it was best to keep his opinions to himself for the time being. Nick agreed but vowed that he would not do jail time for something that he didn't do. Later, Taylor went to see Stephanie and asked her questions about that fateful night, learning only that there were things not being revealed. She then became more and more suspicious herself as to Ridge's innocence.
