Bold and the Beautiful Recap: May 09, 2005

Brooke closes the door in Taylor's face, disbelieving what she has just seen. He speaks with Brooke, and tells her that she is not imagining things. It is really Taylor. He slowly opens the door to allow Taylor to enter and Taylor speaks to Brooke directly, at which time Brooke is overcome with disbelief and faints. When she comes to, Ridge is at her side. Taylor takes a hold of Brooke's hand. Ridge tells Brooke that Taylor didn't die, she had fallen into a coma, until she was nursed back to health, and made her way back home. Taylor picks up a picture of the children, and tells Ridge sobbing, that she can't wait any longer, she has to see her children now. Brooke, still a little unsteady, watches her. Taylor thanks Brooke for being a Mother to her children when she couldn't be. She tells Brooke that she could go on thanking her forever but it wouldn't be enough. Ridge tells Taylor that the children are not there, but at Eric and Stephanie's house. Brooke didn't know what kind of condition I would be in when I came home and she sent them over there so they would be safe. Taylor says that she was trying to protect them. Taylor tells Ridge that she has a 2nd chance with her family and feels like she is the luckiest woman on earth. They embrace and Brooke looks on.

Jackie comes aboard Nick's boat. She tells him that perhaps the interruption of his wedding was an omen that he is marrying the wrong woman. She tells him to take his time and make sure before he marries this girl. Bridget overhears her conversation to Nick as she enters the boat herself. Jackie apologizes to her for saying things as she did, but, Bridget says that now she knows how she really feels. Bridget tells Jackie that Nick's feeling for her Mother, are gone, they are over. Nick and her have committed themselves to each other. Nick tells his Mother also that he loves Bridget and no one will come between them, not her and not Brooke.

Stephanie tells Thomas that eventually Ridge will come to terms with his Mother's death. They continue to talk and he tells her that as much as he remembers things are starting to fade a little. He remembers his Mother's beauty. He says that when his sisters and he left the hospital room the night she died, they had no idea that they would never get a chance to see her again or to tell her that they loved her. Stephanie tells him that Taylor knew how much they loved her.
