'Bold and the Beautiful' Recap: May 05, 2008

With Donna thrilled that her wedding was finally going to happen the next day, it somehow made the events of the past few days bearable. Rick paid a visit to Eric while Donna ski-daddled off to see her sister, Katie, in the hospital. Rick was curious as to whether or not the wedding was actually going to happen, but Eric said that it was up to Donna. Rick told Eric that he was okay with the two of them marrying and even offered to be Eric's best man.

Nick found Katie still to be in the doldrums when he visited her at the hospital. Doing his best, he was able to get her to smile slightly, but only slightly.

Brooke lovingly tried to explain to Katie that their brother, Storm, no longer had any reason to feel guilty about anything that he did in the past. Brooke was certain that Storm's actions should be considered somewhat of a miracle, but Katie immediately stopped her, by saying, that she didn't want to hear anymore about Storm. Donna arrived and Katie told her that she thought of Storm as a coward for leaving them alone. v Bridget took a detour and ended up at Nick's only to find no one at home. While there, Nick came in and Bridget ran to him for comfort. She expressed that she was feeling guilty because she couldn't find a heart for Katie. Thus, she blamed herself for Storm's decision to kill himself. Nick tried to reassure her that she was the reason that Katie was alive.
