Bold and the Beautiful Recap: May 04, 2005

Prince Omar oversees that his men put Taylor's gravesite back in order. He is remembering all the times he was with Taylor. He was so much in love with her, but her heart was for only one man. He could save her but her heart still belonged only to Ridge. He looks out and says that Taylor fought her way back from the dead but her work is cut out for her now.

Thomas and Brooke talk in the living room. He tells her that she has been through so much herself. She doesn't have to hold the family together all by herself. He tells her that she made it so much easier for everyone by putting them first. She tells him that she knows she can't replace Taylor in their lives, but she hopes he doesn't mind if she thinks of them as her own children also. Mark calls Brooke, from the hospital, to check on Ridge. He tells her that he left the hospital, but he was all right and not to worry. He was just going to stay overnight and be released the next day. Mark tells her that he is probably on the way home now. She hangs up the phone and turns to Thomas to let him in on the news. Thomas is worried that Ridge is walking around by himself, but Brooke says not to worry because his Father told her when he came back from Italy, that nothing would take him away from his family ever again. When she is alone, she remembers the conversations she had with Ridge about Taylor. She remembers him telling her how much Taylor and him loved each other. Brooke places a call to Ridge's cell phone, and leaves the message to call her when he gets her call.

Stephanie, Eric and Thorne are at the cemetery and standing in front of Taylor's gravesite. They notice that the ground has been freshly replaced. Stephanie stands there and says that Taylor would be the only person that would understand what Ridge has done. She says that Ridge has missed her and loved her and she thinks that he's still in love with her.

Stephanie goes over to Brooke's. She tells her that Ridge went to the cemetery to dig up Taylor's grave. She is sure that Ridge has lost it all, and somehow they have to make him see that. Stephanie tells her that Brooke has to tell Ridge that the dead don't come back.

Ridge brings Taylor back to the beach house. They hold each other and are glad to be back together. Taylor tells Ridge that everything she holds most dear she has back in her life right now. Ridge tells Taylor, that the first months after she was gone, were the worst. Thomas was so angry and the girls missed her terribly. She tells Ridge, that she loves him and always will. He says the same thing back to her. Ridge tells her that he never stopped loving her. She says that she never gave up on getting back to him and the children. She knows that he didn't either. "Now we can pick up where we left off," says Taylor. Taylor kisses Ridge's hand, and notices his wedding band. She thinks that he is still wearing the one from their marriage. Ridge takes her in his arms only to remember that he is now married to someone else.
