Bridget walked in to see Nick comforting Katie. Immediately she asked what was going on, but her fears subsided when both Nick and Katie said that they were talking about baby Jack. Then Bridget started to wonder why a hug would have to happen between them over the fact that Katie couldn't sit for baby Jack as often as before. Bridget then approached Nick and seriously mentioned that she understood that he wanted to take their relationship slowly, so as not to make the same mistakes again. She told him that she was willing to go slow also, but Katie awkwardly stood in the background still feeling guilty. When the baby started to cry, Bridget immediately went to take care of him leaving time for Katie and Nick to finish their conversation. Katie told Nick that she had to tell Katie the truth about the kiss. Nick left the room and the two women began to talk. Katie revealed what had happened between her and Nick, leaving Bridget to ask if she had feelings for Nick. Bridget was adamant about knowing the answer to that right then and there.

Brooke brought up the subject of Storm, wanting to know why Ridge fired him. Ridge told her that he did not believe Storm was a sane person. He wasn't safe to be around their family and especially Ashley who was enjoying dinner with Storm. Ridge left to chase down Ashley to warn her about Storm and the fact that she could be in danger. In the restaurant, Storm left the table to pay his dinner bill and Ridge came in and quickly grabbed a sit at Ashley's table. He told her that she needed to stay away from Storm, because he was a dangerous person. In order to pound in the fact, he revealed that Storm had shot Stephanie but told her not to say anything, lest she rile Storm. Storm stood on the side watching the conversation between Ashley and Ridge. Later, Storm asked Ridge if he told her what he had done to Stephanie, but Ridge bypassed an answer and Storm went back to the table with Ashley.
