'Bold and the Beautiful' Recap: April 07, 2008

From Diane Adams

At Nick's house, Taylor arrived in the hope of seeing baby Jack. Talking with him, she told him how much better she is now, and also that he had promised her there would be no problems as to visitation with their son. Rick came in to support Taylor, but Brooke was there also as the three started to argue. Nick finally gave Taylor his okay to take the child, and had Brooke move out of the way, infuriating her. When they left, he told Brooke that whatever he decided, she had no part of anymore. She then told him that no matter what, they would always share a child together.

Ridge was on the phone talking to security, when Bridget waltzed into his office. He had just told them that Storm had been let go and no longer had any access to the building. Bridget asked Ridge when he and Brooke were going to finally marry. He announced that he didn't know because Brooke still had unresolved feelings for Nick. Bridget suggested that if he married Brooke, she would be able to move on with Nick herself, since the two were now seeing each other again. Ridge told her that he wasn't blind and wanted to be aware of everything that was happening between Brooke and Nick, then suggested that Bridget be aware of it also before she gets hurt again.

Phoebe buzzed around Ashley until she finally had enough nerve to ask her if she still had feelings for Rick. Ashley said that they were over for good, and Phoebe was relieved at her answer. Phoebe then said rather coyly, that Ridge wasn't any too happy about his situation with Brooke.

Arriving home, Taylor was beaming with baby Jack in her arms. Rick was scampering right behind her as she told him how much she appreciated all of his support. He told her that he would be there for her whenever she needed help, because he loved her. He then kissed her and she offered no resistance to his advances.
