Bold and the Beautiful Recap: February 08, 2007

As Phoebe and Rick exchanged talk with each other, Rick wanted to know if she wanted an excuse to get away from her date, Shane. As the two of them entered the dining room again, they saw that Shane had all ready left. Offering Phoebe a ride home the two left.

In another part of the restaurant, Nick was having his own private meeting with Storm. They were looking to find a weakness in a man whose business they hoped to acquire.

Brooke happened into the restaurant just as Storm left and she and Nick stopped to talk to each other. He told her how much he thought of her son, and what a forthright fellow he was. Nick used the time to put in a few negative words about Ridge, while accusing him of being a "ladies man" and not a man with many male friends. The conversation changed and the two talked about Phoebe and Rick. Brooke told Nick how sweet she thought it was to find them stargazing one night and brought up a remembrance to him of the time they had spent together in the past, when he tried to teach her about the constellations. He was somewhat put off by her mentioning the incident, but she told him that it was all right to remember the good times.

At home, Rick listened as Phoebe said that she had treated Shane all wrong, and felt that she had made a fool out of herself. Rick told her that he found her to be beautiful, in her own way, even though she was a little unsure of herself in other ways. Brooke, who had arrived home, watched the two of them from the balcony, and began to wonder.

Stephanie told Eric how unhappy she was that he took matters in her own hands without telling her what he had in mind for her family. He said that it was time for them to look after Ann now, and let Pam have her own life. Ann was going to be taken care of now, especially after she manipulated her own persuasive deal with Eric into giving her a brand new wardrobe and a driver at her disposal at any time. Pam was moved to tears by what Eric had done, and as he comforted her, Stephanie watched, wondering if something was happening.
