Brooke figured out that Stephanie knew and that's why she didn't want me talking to you, she says to Ridge. Stephanie knew about Taylor and James. Ridge tells her that she made it seem like she was different, better.

Stephanie walks up to the office and hears Brooke and Ridge talking about Taylor. He is asking Brooke how he can forgive that.

Massimo says that Taylor Forrester is a woman of decency and virtue. Nick tells him that she was kissing another man. Nick says Ridge has walked away from a family before, Hope and RJ. Nick would like to know now, where Brooke is going to fit into all of this.

Stephanie hears Ridge tell Brooke that he thought the ground was solid when he was with Taylor, but it crumbled, the one person whose love for me, I never doubted, was just a mirage.

Brooke tells him that there was one more person that loves him purely, their son RJ, and he would love to see you. Brooke tells him that she will be there for him also. She kisses him lightly. He goes to kiss her again but doesn't. They will meet later at her place so he can see RJ.

Later, Stephanie walks into see Brooke, while she is alone. She tells Brooke that she told her to stay away from Ridge. Don't swoop down. Brooke tells her that Ridge and Taylor's marriage was based on lies and deceptions and betrayals. Stephanie vows it will work itself out. She tells Brooke that Ridge is not coming back to her, so she better get it out of her head. Brooke tells her that she doesn't care what Ridge does with his marriage, she just cares that Ridge and her finally know the truth about her and Taylor. She says that they are two (2) of the biggest hypocrites in the world. Stephanie looks at her and says, "oh really?"
