Bold and the Beautiful Recap: January 04, 2008

Donna told Brooke that in no way would she agree to such terms from Stephanie, even if it meant keeping Storm and her father out of jail. Donna announced that before she was called to the house, Eric had just proposed to her and suggested they find another way to deal with Stephanie and help everyone. Brooke started to remind Donna of all the things that Storm had done for the family as they were all growing up. He then left the room so that the two sisters could talk. Donna told Brooke that Eric wouldn't understand if she suddenly broke up with him, and furthermore she was not going to let Stephanie do to her, what she had done to Brooke for so many years.

When Felicia learned that her father was planning a romantic escape, she thought that it meant her parents were going to getaway for awhile, but then Eric told Felicia that he had just asked her mother for a divorce, and the escape was for him and Donna. Eric admitted that Stephanie was overcome by the news but he couldn't be there for her, this time. Felicia, annoyed told her father that whatever happened, her mother was no part of his life anymore.

Stephanie paid Stephen a visit in jail to tell him to sway Donna into doing what Stephanie wanted so that he and Storm would get off scot free. When he refused, Stephanie made another call to Brooke, to warn her that Donna had one hour to make up her mind.
