The Bold and the Beautiful Weekly Recap: Week ending February 16, 2007

Stephanie was dumbfounded at Brooke's reaction to the growing relationship between Rick and Phoebe citing Brooke's lack of "parenting skills" as the reason Brooke could not see what was happening right before her eyes.

Nick was warned by the mysterious man that he would have to pay a huge price, sometime in the future, for his selling his businesses to Nick. When the devastated Forrester's learned of what Nick had accomplished, Eric vowed that he would not give in and decided to open up a series of boutiques carrying his Forrester Originals.

Though an unhappy daughter did not approve, Taylor spent a lovely Valentine's dinner with Nick, who provided the flowers, candles and mood for their evening together. Before the dinner date occurred though, Brooke received a taste of her own medicine when Taylor reminded her that she is a free woman now, thanks to Thorne's decision, and that it was Brooke who was now engaged to someone and should therefore look into herself as to why she was annoyed at Nick's dinner plans, unless of course, she wasn't over Nick, herself. Brooke and Ridge got an eyeful and earful as Eric and Stephanie heard and watched some playful banter going on between Eric and Stephanie. Coming to an agreement, Brooke, Ridge and Stephanie agreed to stand tall for Eric and support him in his new idea. Whispering to Stephanie that Brooke knew she still loved her, no matter what, drew a smile from the lady herself.
