Taylor and Nick found out that she was not pregnant but Nick set a wedding date for the two of them anyway. Brooke was determined to get Nick back even if she had to have his baby to do so. Ridge and Shane got embroiled in an argument over a gun which resulted in Shane shooting himself. Ridge afraid of spending the rest of his life in jail, hid the body while Stephanie from a distance wondered what it was that her son was dumping off the Marlin, (the boat that belonged to Nick) into the water.
