The Bold and the Beautiful Weekly Recap: Week ending February 29, 2008

Taylor was sure that all her problems were being caused by the fact that Brooke was always going to be a part of their lives because of baby Jack. Stephanie shut down her investigation of who shot her when she told the police that she was responsible for her shooting because of her own actions and therefore wanted the case closed. The Logans were surprised by Stephanie's decision and wondered why she had changed her mind about putting Storm in jail, but Stephanie was telling Eric that she needed him to know that she really did have a heart, and she really did love him. Ridge was happy that Taylor had decided to give up on her marriage to Nick and move on, while having second thoughts himself about whether it was the right time to marry Brooke. Rick was there to stand by Taylor but told her that he realized if she fell for him, she would never have to worry about his falling for Nick, since that was his mother. After moving out, Taylor and Nick tried to come to terms with who should be with baby Jack, but Brooke and Nick believed that the baby belonged with Nick for the time being, while Taylor took time to regroup. Having disagreed with his decision, Nick took Taylor to court for temporary custody of their son. When Brooke ended up making an appearance on Nick's behalf, Taylor fell apart and her emotions got the best of her. Felicia planned an anniversary party for her parents hoping that it would give them a chance to rekindle what they once had.
