The big story: Eric's awake and Donna's going to be shown the door.
The scoop? Eric sees for himself that Donna's lips have taken a liking to Owen. Needless to say, he's not a happy camper. Donna doesn't get the chance to defend herself since E's meddling family comes in and interrupts any chance of explanation. Eric's not in the mood for groveling anyway, and shouts for Donna to get out of the house.
Meanwhile, the Forrester clan realizes they must keep Eric in the dark about all that Donna's done right (and they've done wrong) while Eric was in his coma if things are to go their way. They neglect to tell E that Ridge almost pulled the plug on him and that they all tried to take Forrester Creations out from under him as well.
Ridge tries to keep Brooke away from E so the beans don't get spilled, but along the way, Eric apologizes to the messed up fam, saying he's sorry he lost his way. He feels like back with the family (including Stephanie) is where he should be.
Meanwhile, a slippery Brooke manages to wrangle her way in to see Eric where she tells him that that he needs to listen to Donna's side of the story. No surprise, Steph's right behind her with a story version of her own, so now it's up to Eric to see who he believes.
