As the World Turns Weekly Recap: Week ending February 09, 2007

Luke confronts Faith about her throwing up. An annoyed Faith comes up with some lame excuse about her stomach. Luke doesn’t buy and tells Lily Lily tries to talk to Faith, but only gets Faith’s special attitude. The girl insists to her mother that she was really just sick and that is it. Luke tries to make amends with Faith but she tells him to stay out of her life. Later Lily finds laxatives in Faith’s backpack Faith calls Lily out on taking her pills. The mother and daughter have a very unproductive yelling match. Faith thinks she is fat, Lily thinks Faith is beautiful etc. Lily questions where Faith would get the idea she was fat, Lucinda suggests from Lily. After a loving talk with her mother, Lily sees that Lucinda is right. Lily makes an appointment for Faith to talk to Dr. Simon. Lily gets a call from Lucinda and has to leave Faith alone with the doctor.

Parker shows up at Dr. Simons’ while Faith is waiting for Lily to pick her up. Parker suggests the two leave, which is exactly what they do. Parker takes Faith to a place in the woods that was special to him and Hal. It appears that Faith might be developing a crush on Parker. Paul finds the duo and offers to help them do damage control. They are at Java when Lily and Jack come in. Paul covers for kids claiming he fell on the ice and the kids helped him. Paul leaves, Jack questions Paul’s story, but the kids agree it is true. Lily wants Worldwide to invest in a start up organic baby food company. Lucinda is not thrilled with the idea. . Lily assures Lucinda she will get all the fact about he start up company before she makes a decision. However she gets distracted with Faith and agrees to give the start up company seed money before she gets all the facts. Lucinda discovers what Lily has done she is not happy.

Will finds a shirtless Adam at Gwen’s dorm room, this an some comments from Adam cause a fist fight between the brothers. Casey breaks up the fight, after listening to Will Casey realizes Adam set up Will. Alone Casey questions his brother, who admits he set up Will. Adam claims the set up was to protect Casey from getting caught. Casey wants to go tell Margo the truth, but Adam tells Casey no one will believe that he framed Will, as he is trying to convince Casey to keep his mouth shut Gwen walks in. Adam covers by telling Gwen about his fight with Will. Admit comes clean about how he feels about her. Gwen makes it clear Will is the one she wants and loves. Jade confronts Adam about is feeling for Gwen and their relationship. Adam suggests she go be a friend to Will, he is done with her. Jade tells Will that Adam set him up because he wants Gwen. Maddie plays detective and finds out from Yuri the bond cahser, that Elwood recently cashed some bonds. Maddie pays Elwood a visit at the dorms to accuse him of stealing the bonds. When Maddie leaves Elwood calls his parents.

Margo is promoted to Chief of Detectives. Everyone gathers at the Lakeview Margo’s promotion to Chief of Detective ceremony. Near the end of the ceremony an officer speaks with Jack in private, a few minutes later Jack arrests Casey. As Will, Gwen, Margo, Tom, Adam, Maddie and Lisa look on, Casey admits to stealing the bonds because of his gambling. Will sees Gwen and leaves, she goes after him. At their place Will tells her is he done, he doesn’t want to be with her. At the police station Casey comes clean with his parents about the gambling,. Will barges into the interrogation room accusing Casey of setting him up. Maddie overhears and begs Casey to come clean with her. As Casey confesses all to his parents Adam prepares to leave town, Gwen finds him just as he is about to leave. Craig stops things with Meg before they have sex. He claims she has had too much to drink. He has her rest. Paul realizes his vision of a woman dropping a bracelet is about Meg. He calls her but Craig answers, letting him know Meg is resting. Paul bursts into Fairwinds, but even after he discusses his vision with Meg, she still asks him to leave. Que Paul with a be careful warning to Meg and a if you hurt her warning to Craig. Meg continues to feel guilty about Craig adding the entry to her patients diary.

Dusty and Emily have words about her missed meeting. Emily wants to give up the Intruder in light of her new “prostitution” career, but agrees to give the Intruder a second chance in order to get Dusty off her back.. Emily sets up a meeting with Steve’s friend John, her going rate $1000..

At a Worldwide board meeting Emily wows the members and Lucinda into keeping her job at the Intruder. Dusty asks Emily to dinner, but she turns him down claiming she already has plans. Brad visits Jack at the police station. Jack introduces Katie to his brother Brad. Brad is all charming with her, but Katie is still annoyed by him. Katie wants to make things up to Parker. Jack tells her that they all need to just move on. The two are getting back to being friends. Katie is running late for Margo’s promotion ceremony and literally bumps into Brad, whose beer spills all over her. This creates more drama between the two, especially when Brad tries to help but ends up spraying club soda all over Katie. Luckily Henry and Vienna intervene before Katie hits Brad with the club soda bottle. Henry tries to convince Katie to think about herself and not trying to get Mike back. Henry cautions her to keep her options open. Later Craig puts Katie in her place when she insults him. Turns out Craig and Katie are more a like than she wants to admit. However Katie still on her high horse turns Craig down when he claims they can help each other. Henry breaks up the argument. Henry assures Katie that she is nothing like her brother. Katie insists she wants to change her life. Vienna is going to leave town, until Brad charms her into staying. However Vienna makes it clear she is not ready for anything serious. While trying to made it back to the reception Katie spots Brad and Vienna together celebrating Vienna staying in Oakdale. Although she acts like she is not affected by the two, her sarcastic comments say otherwise.
