Alistair plans an extravagant dinner party where he will reveal the one-word secret capable of destroying the relationship between Luis and Sheridan.

When the hospital will only allow one parent to visit the sick baby, Gwen and Theresa viciously battle over who should rightfully be called the child's mother. Eve overhears Theresa planning her fantasy future with Ethan and the baby, knowing the situation will end badly.

Pilar is intrigued when Rebecca points out "Mrs. Wheeler" has had plastic surgery and carries herself as if she came from money. Pilar demands to know the identity of the husband and children "Mrs. Wheeler" left behind in Harmony.
