Fox and Whitney make up after their fight, and she again encourages him to tell the woman he loves how he feels.

Pilar is brought into the ER after another nosebleed. Ethan drops by to visit, and Pilar later questions Theresa's feelings for her ex. Ethan has a fuzzy flashback to his night with Theresa and begins to suspect the truth.

Luis and Sheridan are reunited but their happiness is short-lived when Luis realizes Antonio was still aboard the jet when it exploded.
