Sam, overwrought with emotions about Jessica, blames himself for being a bad father and spending too much time with Ivy. Against Ivy's panicked protests, he plans to call Grace home to provide support for her daughters.

After observing the growing bond between Ethan and Theresa, Fox calls Ethan on his feelings for his ex.

Theresa begs Whitney to reconsider putting her baby up for adoption and to accept Fox's marriage proposal. Whitney admits she has feelings for Fox, but doesn't want to live a lie with him.

Beth furiously watches as Luis is able to bring Sheridan out of her depression with Marty's presence. Luis asks Beth for joint custody of Marty so he can bond with his son and also help Sheridan's mental health. Beth is determined to never let Sheridan near Marty.
