The paramedics rush Grace to the hospital. Sam coolly informs Ivy he'll never forgive her if anything happens to Grace or their unborn baby. Sam agonizes over the pain his secret has caused. As Grace is rushed into the emergency room, she and the baby remain in critical condition.

Whitney fears Theresa will lose everything if Ethan finds out she knew the truth and kept it from him. Whitney frets outside forces like the past will keep her and Chad apart if they start a relationship.

Sheridan assures Ethan she'll always consider him family. Ethan and Julian share an awkward moment. Later, Julian privately breaks down over losing Ethan as his son. Sheridan tries to reach out to her brother. Ethan finally discovers the pictures of him and Sam in Ivy's locket. Ivy attempts to mend her relationship with Ethan. A lost and confused Ethan tries to accept the idea of not being a Crane. He angrily declares he'll never forgive the person who kept the truth about his paternity from him and then sent the information to the tabloid. Theresa grows uneasy over having kept the truth from Ethan. Rebecca and Gwen turn their attention to destroying Theresa and gleefully make the young girl squirm.
