Another World has been a part of my life since my teenage years, through the birth of my children, and now my children are fans. I have watched Rachel and Steve and Alice work their way through a love triangle and have seen Rachel find true love with Mac. I remember Sally and Catlin Ewing, Sandy and Blaine Cory. I have enjoyed Iris and her pal Helen, and Iris' undying devotion to Daddy. I have cheered for Ada finding love in her twilight years and at that time I was a teen myself. I remember when Jake and Vicky came to town, when Jake left town, Jake and Paulina, Jake and Marley, Jake and Donna. I have watched Donna remember the horror of giving birth in the basement of her family's mansion. I remember gleefully hating Reginald Love, and the unfolding of the story of Marley being Donna's daughter, not her sister. I remember Donna and Michael, Donna and John, Donna and Michael, Donna and Matt, and finally, Donna and Michael for a last time. I remember the evil Carl, only loving his son, Perry, and I can still see Perry's horrible death. I remember Carls' manservant Ito, and Carl's "Bella" name for Donna. He was a charming snaky, villain, and I remember being alternately horrified and mesmerized as he became changed by Rachel's love. I remember Grant (as played by Dack Rambo) with Paulina and Grant with Amanda, Grant with Sharley, Grant with Vicky, and Grant playfully villainous with Cindy. I remember Gabe and Cindy, Gabe and Lorna, Lorna and Matt. I'll never forget John living through his Vietnam horrors, finding love with Sharlene, and finding a life in Bay City. I remember Gary as played by Tim Gibbs, then falling in love with the character all over again when John Littlefield made it his own. I remember the zany fun of Crystal Lake, Wally, Felicia, and Jackee as Lily Mason. I have laughed and cried, booed and cheered, and always known that no matter what else was hectic in my life, I could always count on Another World to make me smile. I have moved from PA to NJ to NY to Pa back to NY to TX and now to AZ. And I always had friends waiting in every city as I unpacked. It's hard for me to imagine that I won't have Another World after June 25, 1999.

There has never been a finer ensemble, a classier cast, a more well put together savvy show than my world, Another World. To Jensen B, Tom E, Eric S, Steven S, Linda D, Charles K, Vicky W, Matt C, David Forsyth, Anna Holbrook, John Littlefield, Sandi F, David McD, Sean R, Anna S, Taylor S, Judi L, Joe B, Lisa P, Kim R, Mark P, Michael R, Ellen W, Elain G, Rhonda R, Henry S, the gal that plays Claudia, Alice B, Troy H, Austin L, Mark M, Kale B, sorry can't remember Sergei's real name but I know you're from MS, Nadine S, and whoever else I missed, I salute you and I thank you.

I have watched Another World as long as I can remember. My grandmother and mother turned me on to it. I own 2 business's one very stressful, and I use Another World to wind down at night. I tape it everyday. I think it gives me time away from it all. I guess it is something that has always been part of my life and is comforting. The characters are more like family and it is like a mass murder is about to take place. I can not believe that this great show has been canceled. I do not want to see the actors on other shows they belong in Baycity. No other soap can touch this one with acting ability, intrique, loyality, and compassion. I do not look forward to watching something else at night to calm down. I will remain loyal to this show and will not watch NBC, buy any more PG, or GE products. I feel they do not care about the consumers or fans and I will not support them any longer. 35 years and they do not care to save this show!!!!!

Another World and it's cast has been a friend of mine for over 30 years. I've cried, cussed, and been overjoyed with them. But never did I think I would say GOOD-BYE to them.

They are like my best friends and I feel like they are being murdered by P&G and NBC. So I for one will never forget the cast and when I go to the store to buy I will remember P&G too.

Another World is the best and I love everyone of them. But if you are over 20 NBC AND P&G DOESN'T CARE WHAT YOU THINK. So when Rachell turns out the lights on AW, I will turn off NBC AND p&g forever.

A loyal fan

I have been a loyal viewer of Another World for over 30 years. I was there with Alice and Steve, Rachel and Mac, and Vicki and Ryan. I've cried with them, I've laughed with them and I've mourned with them.

When the news came out that they were canceling the show, I was in utter disbelief! Another World has been part of my life for most of my life, and now they are dismantling it like an old bicycle. It is very sad that these talented actors, who have an enormous amount of chemistry with each other, will no longer be able to entertain the thousands of fans who have invited them into their homes for so many years. I will miss them more than words could possibly say, and wish them only the best. And to Proctor and Gamble...
Shame on you!

I have been watching Another World for over 20 years. Losing AW is like losing a part of your family I can not believe that they are taking it off the air. We the fans should have had a little bit more say in this matter. I watch this show every day it is my one hour to escape from the every day pressures of life it was there for me when my father passed away it was my escape. The exes of NBC and P&G think that they know what is best well I have news for them they are so wrong I for one am giving up on NBC and I will no longer buy P&G products. they have lost this viewer forever and this consumer. I really hope that the new campaign to save OUR show works this is the only show on TV to watch without it I will turn my TV off.

When I started my job six years ago, one of the paralegals here at work got me "hooked" on Another World. Since then I have never missed an episode. I only wish I had watched it many years before.

The cast consists of the most talented actors/actresses in the business today. Each and every episode kept me "glued" to the screen. The chemistry between each and every character was done to perfection. No one person was better than the other, they are all talented in their craft.

I had the pleasure of meeting them at the luncheon in New York. Despite the fact that the soap was cancelled, they still were very gracious and very receptive of the fans.

I want to thank them all for the best six years on TV. May the Good Lord guide them through their next venture in life.
A special thank you as well to Chris Goutman for making the past several months of AW memorable ones. All the best to everyone at AW.

With love and gratitude
