Noelle Beck will take over the role of Lily Snyder following Martha Byrne's departure. She'll first air in early May.
Julie Pinson has been chosen to play Janet Ciccone. She'll first air May 8.
Martha Byrne is apparently leaving As the World Turns when her contract expires later this spring. She and the show have been unable to reach an agreement. No word on her last air date at this time, though it's rumored to be sometime in April.

Brandon Beemer (ex-Shawn, DAYS) will be joining the cast this summer in a currently un-named role.
Jacqueline MacInnes Wood has been cast as Steffy. She'll first air June 4.
Alley Mills is back as Pam starting May 19.
That's Texas Battle playing Marcus. He first aired May 13.

Soap Opera Weekly is reporting that Beth Ehlers (Harley) is leaving Guiding Light and moving to All My Children. No word yet on a final air date, or if the role will be recast.
Congratulations to Tina Sloan on 25 years with Guiding Light. She first aired as Lillian in 1983.
Ricky Paull Goldin (Gus) has confirmed that he is leaving the show when his contract expires. No official word on his last air date at this time. He is expected to jump networks and join All My Children as Jake Martin sometime in April.
Congratulations to Michelle Ray Smith (Ava) and her boyfriend Michael Layden. The couple are expecting their first child this summer.

Marianne Muelleriele returns for the series finale as Norma.
Kathleen Noone reprises her role of Edna for the August 11 series finale.
Vivian Gray has been cast to play Elena. She first aired March 17.
Sean Paul San Pedro joins the cast as Robert starting April 1.
Starting January 7, Passions has a new schedule on DirecTV. Episodes will now air Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 2pm and 5pm ET and a marathon of the
week's episodes will air on Thursday from 2-5pm ET.
Blair Redford joins the cast as Miguel Lopez-Fitzgerald. He'll first air December 24. CBS fans might recognize him as Scott Granger on Y&R.
Passions Information
Tammin Sursok (Colleen) will be off the canvas for several weeks as she films a movie for Nickelodeon. No word yet on when she'll return to Genoa City.
Michael Damien returns as Danny, for a brief visit, May 22.
