From Censor, for About.com

Luis as “Baldy McJanitor” finds his way into Alistair’s office by way of his new job. He begins snooping for Alistair’s secrets.. but before he can figure out the second half of the lever for Alistair’s secret safe (see my RANT OF THE WEEK for more details)..he is forced to hide in a closet when Sheridan shows up to see Alistair. She begs Alistair to unfreeze her accounts (Antonio takin’ all your money, Sher??) to which Alistair says he cannot do. Sheridan “feels” Luis in the room, which prompts Alistair to suggest another visit to Dr. Ackland. (Just can’t get enough of your daughter’s pain, can you, you sick son of a ---??) Later, Sheridan tells Alistair that she has come to ask for a job so that she can try to get over the loss of her child, and Alistair gives her a job working on a Charity Fundraiser Drive. (Raising money for what, more secret bookshelves, Alistair??) Luis gets busted in Alistair’s office by his secretary, but saves his job by apologizing profusely— (I am loving his accent—Galen never misses on it.. and it is just so cool to see humpy schlumpy Luis as an old geezer.. LOVE IT!!) Luis swipes some blueprints to Crane Industries, and says that he is gonna find out where Alistair is hiding his secrets. He has to go somewhere safe, tho—so he’ll go to Beth’s house. (Okay—so obviously, once he takes the disguise off—he becomes an idiot again.. stay away from Beth, Luis!!)
Beth is manipulated by Alistair in his office. Alistair later pays Beth a visit at home and says he has come to collect on her debt. (you know—that whole, I stole my daughter’s baby for you thing). Beth is worried, and Alistair lays out the plan. Beth has two options—spy on and sabotage Luis’s plans to bring the Crane Empire down.. or kill him. I’ll give you three guesses what she chose, and the first two don’t count. Although—I am loving the potential for this storyline. What if Luis finds out that Beth is ratting him out to Alistair? That could start a chain of events that will FINALLY pay off in the end of Beth and her evil ways. Bring it on, Beth—eventually—you have to LOSE.. it’s the way the game is played, sweetheart.
And onto the weekly drama of the Theresa/Fox/Ethan/Gwen/Rebecca saga. Theresa finds herself at gunpoint when she gets busted trying to kidnap little Ethan again. When Ethan hears Julian agree to press charges against Theresa for kidnapping.. he finally agrees to adopt lil Ethan, so that Theresa won’t have to go to prison. (Isn’t that sweet?? Although I wonder how well that plan will play out when Gwen finds out—surrogate child or not—Gwen is not gonna think lightly of letting Theresa out, especially when she has worked SO hard to put her there.)
More mentions of the tabloid scheme as Gwen worries that things aren’t going to work out. Rebecca is as sure as anything that it will.. Ethan tells Gwen that they should visit Theresa in jail to let her know of their plans after they see Eve about beginning the surrogate process. Rebecca cuts them off at the pass, tho—because we know that the Wicked Witch of the Northeast isn’t gonna pass this chance up. Eve is surprised to hear of Ethan and Gwen’s plans—but sends them off with the paperwork on surrogacy and schedules Gwen for hormone injections.
Am I the only one who sees the irony of Gwen getting HORMONE injections?? This freakin’ psycho does not need any more hormones—she’s crazy enough as she is. Well—let’s all hope, maybe the nurse will miss during one of the injections and “accidentally” hit a vein or something—sending Gwen into a downward spiral that has NOTHING to do with Theresa. (I feel a letter writing campaign coming on.. hehe)
Gwen finds out that Ethan has been helping Theresa all along, and she’s furious. But with the surrogate plans on the way—she decides to let it go, at Rebecca’s insistence of course. And let’s just point out that Rebecca is ONCE AGAIN—the winner of worst mother of the year. Gwen is on cloud nine at the thought of being able to have her own biological child—yet Rebecca has to CONSTANTLY remind her that the first order of business is destroying Theresa, then Gwen’s own happiness.. What a great mom.. I think my mom should take lessons from the Hotchwitches.. (then again—how about NOT!!)
Rebecca gloats to Theresa that Ethan and Gwen are adopting her child—and Theresa lets her have it. Theresa is choking her, ordering Rebecca to die. (LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT). What I loved even more was Fox standing there, watching it happen, almost smiling, and waiting a good minute too long before pulling Theresa off. (C’mon Fox—just let T kill her.. you know that once Rebecca is out of the picture, the only person who could save Theresa would be Julian—who would be so happy at Rebecca’s demise that he might even give Theresa a freakin’ medal, AND a get out of jail free card.)
