After all kinds of hubbub about a possible exit, Vincent Irizarry (David, Y&R) has confirmed on his MySpace page that he is, indeed, leaving the show.
It appears as though luck’s been running out on David the gambling guru for a while now. He’s had two ex-wives bite the dust unexpectedly, a stepdaughter turn up dead, and he was responsible for Ji Min Kim’s unsolved murder. Perhaps this character will be written out with some well-deserved time in the clink?
In the meantime, will this pave the way for a Nikki/Victor reunion (Sabrina who?)? Only time will tell. But let’s just cross our fingers that Nikki makes it out of her marriage with David alive first!
